Right of withdrawal

Because the product is digital content delivered immediately, once you click the download button on the order-download page you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, except where the product is faulty or not as described. Both consents are recorded at checkout, and the moment of first download is stored on your order.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if you have not downloaded the file (i.e., no download has been recorded on your order). Contact support@aikavu.com to request one.
